FairWindsMarket.com (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to providing timely and accurate shipping to its customers for orders made through Fairwindsmarket.com (“Site”).

We use outside shipping companies to ship orders. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.
We ship only to the Continental United States.
We reserve the right to change our shipping fees at any time. Shipping charges will not be changed for any order after shipping charges for that order have been paid and processed.
We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In the event the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfillment service or a full refund.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items once you have received them.
